🎦 Allow Institutions to Purchase Modules:

🎦 AutoReload by Purchase Order:	Auto generates a Purchase Order from the Primary and Preferred Admin.
🎦 Number Of Modules When Auto Reload:	Recommentd 30% of number of providers, minimum 10.

🎦 HCS Code:
	Institutional Admins use the HCS Code to create Institutions. The code links the institution to the HCS Account. If the Institutional Admin logs in first, then they don't need the HCS Code. This is used only if signing up an institution without loggin into EZC.



After you create an Health Care System Account you can add a Health Care System Administrator
